Early Grammar School
In this stage, classroom instruction is focused on teaching the fundamentals of reading, writing, and math and developing a base of knowledge that will serve as a foundation for the future. Our teachers intentionally cultivate a sense of wonder and curiosity in our students about the world that God has made. Using songs, chants, hand motions, and stories, our students begin to memorize critical information and learn how to engage and respond in a school setting. The Early Grammar stage involves teaching children what to know and is a pursuit of knowledge. The grammar stage, as a whole, involves teaching the children what to know and is a pursuit of knowledge. The focus is on learning through stories, songs, and chants; learning the basics well; and memorizing critical information.
