There are many ways for families to receive financial aid. Please read through the next section to find out more.
Tuition Does Not Include...
...school uniforms, school supplies, or co-curricular program fees.
Payment Schedule
Tuition is due July 1st, but 4-payment and 10-payment plans are available for a $200 installment fee.

Louisiana Gator Scholarship Program
If you have a child entering Kindergarten or transferring from a public school, you will likely be eligible and awarded the LA Gator Scholarship. For details on eligibility and how to apply, please click the link below titled

Gator Scholarship Stats
$5,243 for incoming Kindergarteners
$5,243 for students transferring from public schools
$7,626 for families below 2.5x Federal Poverty Level (see chart below)
Up to $15,253 for students with disabilities

PCA Tuition Assistance
If you are interested in a Providence education but are concerned about the cost, we encourage you to apply for tuition assistance. Please contact finance@pcabossier.org for more information.
Once you have completed the application and admissions testing you will have the opportunity to apply for tuition assistance before committing to the enrollment fee or tuition.
Louisiana School Choice Scholarship Programs
Some families may qualify for additional tuition assistance through these private, need-based, school choice programs. Visit each program's website to find out if you qualify.
